We wanted to try a local groomer and unfortunately this place failed horribly. I brought my dog in for a haircut and nail trim, and before leaving I clearly explained the haircut we wanted. When I came back, my dog had been completely shaved, which was absolutely not what we asked for. The groomer claimed she “left what she could” on top of her head, but my dog had about 3 inches of hair there that we kept tied in a ponytail and had spent a long time growing out. Any reasonable person would have called us before cutting it off. It wasn’t knotted or matted at all. To make matters worse, the groomer “forgot” to trim her nails. When I brought it up, she only trimmed a few nails before stopping and saying my dog was too difficult. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the retail staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the grooming service itself was extremely disappointing, and we will not be coming back.

The staff are very helpful and kind. The food my dog love is less expensive than Amazon. I am able to order extras and when I buy a certain amount, I get one free. I love this store.

I can’t say enough good things about tiff! She was incredibly kind, patient, and clearly love what she does. My dog came back looking amazing, smelling great, and most importantly happy and relaxed. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and absolutely nailed it. I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience every time! Tiffeny treat my dog with so much care and patience, and it really shows in the results. My pup always comes back looking great, smelling fresh, and genuinely happy. You can tell they truly love what they do. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog—highly recommend!
